All merchandise sold by Modabelle.com come from the finest Italian manufacturers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control. All products offered by Modabelle.com are protected by a 30 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for:
• a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
• a product exchange
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. That means that you may keep your item for up to 5 days without having to pay the restockingf fees.If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales
Free Gifts with purchase
Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the Free Gift.
Re-stocking fees
Due to high returning expenses a 10% restocking fee applies on returns over $200. No restocking fees are applied to product Exchanges or lower value returns. The Return Fee is levied in order to recover costs associated with the return that we cannot otherwise recover.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Modabelle will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Modabelle has received and processed your return. Typically, within 10-15 business days after the item is delivered back to Modabelle.
Return Instructions
Simply follow the steps below to return your order:
Please note, Modabelle cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper Modabelle authorization. Return Authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below.
1 - Make sure to fully complete the form
2 - Modabelle will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within four to six business days.
3 - Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email.If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
(Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.)
Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, Modabelle will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card or the company check has beensent to your billing address . Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
